Adsraft

Terms of service

Last updated 3 November 2026

Who we are

Adsraft is run by VST Consulting Pty Ltd (ABN to be added), trading as Adsraft, Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. In these terms "we" means Adsraft and "you" means the business that subscribes. Contact us at hello@adsraft.com.

Buying through Paddle

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Paddle's own buyer terms apply to the payment as well as these terms.

What the service is

Adsraft uses AI agents to write marketing material for your online store: a brand brief, marketing plans, social media posts, emails, budgets and reports. Everything we produce is a draft. We never post to your social accounts, send emails to your customers or spend your advertising money. You review every draft and decide whether to use it.

The founding pilot is an early version of the service. Features marked "coming soon" are not part of what you pay for until we tell you they are available.

Your responsibilities

AI-written drafts

Our agents check prices, products and links against your store and flag likely legal problems, but AI can still make mistakes. Drafts are suggestions, not legal, financial or advertising compliance advice. Estimates such as break-even costs or expected orders are estimates, not promises of results.

Your content and data

You keep ownership of your store's content and data. You allow us to use it only to provide the service to you. Once you approve a draft, you may use it however you like. How we handle personal information is set out in our privacy policy.

Plans, payment and cancelling

Australian Consumer Law

Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or changes those rights, or any other rights you have by law that cannot be excluded.

Limits on our liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim about the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or lost sales. Where the Australian Consumer Law allows us to limit our liability for a failure to meet a guarantee, our liability is limited to supplying the service again or paying the cost of having it supplied again.

Suspending or ending the service

We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or use the service unlawfully. If we end the service for a reason that is not your fault, we will refund any amount paid for the period not provided.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change affects you materially, we will email you at least 30 days before it applies.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and the courts of Victoria have jurisdiction.
