Who we are
Adsraft is run by VST Consulting Pty Ltd (ABN to be added), trading as Adsraft, Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). Questions or requests: hello@adsraft.com.
What we collect
- Account details: your name, email address and business details when you join or log in.
- Your store's public information: products, prices, images and pages that your store publishes.
- Store data you connect: if you connect your Shopify store, order totals, products sold and dates, used to report your results. We do not need or keep your customers' card details.
- What you do in Adsraft: drafts, your edits, approvals, comments and notes.
- Payment records: Paddle processes payments as the Merchant of Record. We receive your plan, payment status and billing country, never your full card number.
- Technical records: login and security logs, such as times and IP addresses.
Why we use it
To provide the service (writing your drafts, plans and reports), to keep accounts secure, to bill you, to answer you, and to improve our agents. We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
Only service providers that help us run Adsraft, under their own privacy and security commitments:
- Supabase: our database, hosted in Sydney, Australia.
- Vercel: hosting for this website and the dashboard.
- Anthropic: the AI model that writes drafts. Store information is sent to it to write your drafts.
- Paddle: payments, invoices and tax.
- Our email provider, for login links and notifications.
Some of these providers process information outside Australia, including in the United States. We take reasonable steps to make sure they protect it in line with the Australian Privacy Principles. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
How we protect it
Each store's data is separated in the database so one client cannot see another's. Connection tokens for your store are stored encrypted. Access is limited to the people who need it to provide the service.
Cookies
This website sets no tracking or advertising cookies. The dashboard uses a login cookie to keep you signed in. Fonts on this website load from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the page loads.
How long we keep it
While you are a client, and up to 12 months after you leave unless the law requires us to keep records longer (for example tax records). You can ask us to delete your data sooner.
Access, correction and complaints
You can ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you by emailing hello@adsraft.com. We reply within 30 days. If you are not happy with how we handle a privacy concern, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
